Soy plant-based drink (water, hulled soybeans, salt), Mommus Blue Reworked [cashew preparation (cashew, water, coconut oil, yeast and salt) (50%), water (40%), coconut oil, rice flour and salt], wheat flour, breadcrumbs (wheat flour, water, salt, yeast, garlic and parsley), margarine (vegetable oils [sunflower and rapeseed in varying proportions], coconut fat, water, broad beans, emulsifier [lecithin], natural flavors, coloring [carotene], preservative [potassium sorbate], glucose), onion, methylcellulose, salt, garlic, nutmeg and pepper.

Fry in a skillet or deep fryer with plenty of oil over medium-high heat for 4–5 minutes per side, until golden brown and heated through.
No thawing is necessary. This product must be fully cooked before consumption and should be consumed on the same day.
Store at -18°C.
Once cooked or opened, consume the same day.
Best before: 6 months from the date of manufacture (frozen).

How does it taste?

Can they be frozen?
Yes. Although Vanetta croquettes are delivered chilled, you can freeze them at home without any problems if you won’t be consuming them in the next few days. We recommend freezing them as soon as possible after receiving them to maintain their texture. After cooking, store them in the refrigerator and consume them within 48 hours.
How are they cooked?
You can fry them directly without thawing. In a frying pan with hot oil, they become crispy in 5–6 minutes. You can also prepare them in the oven or in an air fryer (10–12 minutes at 180 °C), turning them halfway through cooking.
What kind of dishes can I prepare with them?
They are perfect as a snack, appetizer, or side dish. You can also serve them with a fresh salad or as part of a complete vegan menu.
Does it contain gluten or allergens?

How long do they last when frozen?
